IT Systems Access

The IT Systems Access (ITSAR) form is used for a variety of reasons

  • to create new user accounts,
  • reactivate existing accounts (see "disabled accounts" below)
  • change account permissions for shared drives or Cascade access

The ITSAR Form is a Laserfiche form that will route through required approvals and then generates a help ticket once final approval is granted.  It is required for new hires and contractors, and university guests needing access to campus computing resources.

Disabled Accounts

A user's account is disabled after 120 days without an update to the login timestamp, or as part of the termination process.
