When a monitor fails to display correctly , there are a few troubleshooting tricks you can attempt before calling out a technician. Please attempt the following before calling CITE:
- Press the Windows + P keys and select either Duplicate or Extend.
- Reseat both ends of the display cables from the monitor and dock/device.
- Make sure the monitor's power cable is tightly plugged in and does not wiggle.
- Make sure the monitor is power on and on the correct input (VGA, DP, HDMI).
