The Center for IT Excellence along with Lexmark International and TAMUC have partnered up to implement a best-in-class printing solution to improve the way printers, copiers, fax machines, and scanners are serviced, managed, and used throughout the campus.
Services provided to the university by CESCO, Inc.
With the purchase of all new Lexmark machines, these services are included:
- Delivery
- Installation
- Training
For machines that are placed on a Cost per Copy agreement
- Service - monthly service fee covers all repairs
- Supplies (excluding paper) - click rates cover all supplies
For machines that are not placed on a Cost per Copy agreement
- 1 year warranty to cover service - extended warranty available
or service on a per call basis after 1 year.
- Supplies sold separately
