To sign into Secure File Transfer system, open your browser to the following location:

- Sign in to the application using your TAMUC active directory credentials without the “CTIS\” prefix
2. The initial screen after you sign in is called the File Manager. To return to this view, click the Home tab. From the File Manager, you can create folders, upload and share files, rename files, or delete files.
3. Context driven help can be displayed by clicking on the question mark button located at the bottom of the browser window. To close the help text, use the mouse to click on the greyed out portion of the browser window.
4. To upload and share a document, click on the + Add files button located at the bottom of the File Manager display. The +Add files button will display a local file dialog box to allow you to navigate and select a file accessible to your local computer located whether it’s a local disk drive, USB media, or network drive. After selecting the file for upload, click Open to close the file dialog box.
5. To upload the file, click ^ Start button
6. To share the document, click the appropriate icon on the status line of the uploaded document
7. With the expanded options displayed, you can use the mouse to click on Share or Email.
- Share will exclusively create a unique link that you may copy and paste to other applications. The duration of the link is finite. However, the default limit of 24 hours can be easily extended clicking the calendar text box and selecting a new date and time. Passwords are required for protecting publicly shared documents. You will have to provide the password to your intended recipients outside of the mechanism for sharing.
- Email presents additional options for directly emailing the link as well as the option to be notified when your shared document is downloaded. To begin sharing the document and email the link, click Email
8. From the Share tab, you can view the shared documents for your account as well revoke sharing or edit the duration of its availability.
9. When you are done, you may click -> Logout to sign off.
