Viewing Your Tickets in the TDX Support Client Portal

Overview

Use the Client Portal to view, comment on, or update your existing ticket requests.

Instructions
  1. Navigate to the Client Portal at https://tamuc.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/62/Portal/Home/
  2. In the top right corner, click Sign In, and input your username and password.
  3. At the top menu of the page, click Services
  4. On the sub-menu that appears, click Ticket Requests

On this page, you can see all of your ticket requests. Use the filters at the top to view requests by status class, service, and more.
To view details about a request, click its name.
